Class Tips
You are encouraged to bring a change of shoes to keep the dance floor clean and dry. Bring comfortable, leather-soled shoes to support your dancing. If you’re looking for shoes, here’s an online swing dance shoe store.
The facility’s front door must remain closed at all times. Please use the special class access code on the keypad located to the left of the front door: 8980# (Be sure to enter the “#” following the code)
Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to have time for parking, door access, changing shoes, etc. Note: other facility renters frequently fill the parking lot. Please arrive with sufficient time to locate parking and be ready for class.
Please bring water or another non-alcoholic beverage to remain hydrated.
Review Swing-In’s code of conduct and safety policies.
Your instructors will remain for a few minutes following class to answer any questions you may have. You are encouraged to attend Thursday Nite Swing-In to practice your new moves each week.
